About Tom

Mortgages aren’t just about interest rates and paperwork- they’re about people, dreams, and creating stability for families. That’s why I do what I do. Helping people navigate one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives isn’t just my job; it’s my passion.

With a lifetime of experience in the mortgage industry, I’ve seen the confusion, the myths, and sometimes the frustration that comes with the home loan process. My goal? To make it simpler, clearer, and dare I say maybe even enjoyable. Whether you’re a first-time homebuyer feeling overwhelmed or a seasoned homeowner looking for the best strategy, I’m here to guide you through with transparency, strategy, and maybe even a little FUN along the way.

I believe homeownership is one of the most powerful tools for building wealth and security, and I’m on a mission to help more people access it. I also advocate for this industry because, frankly, there’s too much apathy, and that needs to change.

Beyond mortgages, I’m a proud husband and girl dad, I’m also a lifelong learner, an over thinker (which works in your favor when structuring the right loan), and a music lover with an ever-evolving playlist… And maybe I also enjoy a good meal and a cold beverage! If you're looking for someone who knows the mortgage business inside and out but also understands that people come first, let’s connect.

Tom Lynch serves as President of the Mortgage Bankers Association of Eastern Pennsylvania (MBAEP), a nonprofit trade organization that has been the leading mortgage finance association in Pennsylvania since 1939. MBAEP is made up of mortgage bankers, brokers, banks, credit unions, servicing companies, and affiliated industry service providers, all working together to advance the mortgage industry in the region.

In his role as President, Tom helps lead initiatives that support industry professionals, promote best practices, and strengthen the mortgage community across Eastern Pennsylvania. His leadership reflects his commitment to fostering collaboration, education, and growth within the mortgage industry.
