My career in mortgage banking began in 1982.  With a briefcase and mortgage calculator in hand, I began helping individuals realize their dreams of homeownership. 

After years of origination, my career path progressed from originator to branch manager. I helped build multiple mortgage companies from inception to prominence within the Philadelphia and surrounding areas. Recruiting individuals to enter the mortgage industry, and ultimately flourish, became my passion.

Today, my experience and diverse background has led to the formation of Philadelphia Mortgage Company, Inc. We discovered that mortgage brokerages, in contrast to correspondent lenders, have made major advancements in their utilization of technology. Opportunities for growth, along with complete product lines and ultra-competitive pricing have become our new mantra. Most importantly we discovered that, by limiting layers of middle management and the unnecessary expense associated with such, we could ultimately pass along those savings to our customers. We took this innovative leap of faith for all the right reasons. It has truly been the best decision of our careers.
